After graduating from QUT with a Bachelor of Business Marketing and 2nd major in Advertising, I gained experience in advertising agencies Yes Creative and Creative Concepts managing advertising accounts and developing new business. This experience involved producing branding and retail campaigns for Keema Automotive Group, Westfield Shopping Centres and Brisbane property developers. My experience included national advertising, branding and direct marketing campaigns for KooGa Rugby Union, Cooline Air Conditioners and Simex Tyres.

I gained experience in retail food marketing for Lenard’s national office as a national promotions manager focussed on store marketing, competitions and letterbox campaigns. My duties included promotions for 200 stores in 6-week cycles, planning promotions, budget tracking, briefing and approving creative, briefing stores and photographers, store photoshoots and tendering marketing production (5-6 figures), i.e. posters, banners, brochures, displays and website.

My best performing promotions for Lenard’s were quarterly letterbox campaigns to 2.5M households with store catchment mapping and adjustments. The coupon books had four weeks of specials and generated 30% sales increases in week 1 from 15-20K store distributions.

Some achievements include creating Lenard’s in-house design studio that reduced advertising agency costs by $100K and expedited creative design turn-around, tendering marketing production ($2M) saving $475K annually and negotiating a 10% agency discount for letterbox distribution saving $50K annually.

I gained SME business marketing experience from starting 2020 Impact Design and Marketing consultancy. My role involved new business development and traditional advertising and marketing, producing graphic/web design and digital marketing. This experience involved designing 2020 Impact’s website, eDMs, magazine advertising, brochures, newsletters, signage, posters, web and social media banners.

I developed Internet marketing skills in Adwords advertising (search network), affiliate marketing, directory sponsorships and online classifieds. Some highlights included Thai Water Palace Restaurant website, signage and Tourist VIP Marketing Program with 20 resorts, Joanne Apartment’s website and brochures, Queensland Diesel Spare’s website, catalogues and brochures, and Club Arana Gym’s website, interior and exterior signage.

I gained advertising and marketing experience for Bowmaker Realty planning and managing corporate, vendor and project advertising campaigns. These were integrated across the Internet, newspapers, magazines, letterbox and TV displays. I updated Bowmaker’s CMS website and listings, produced property magazines, eDMs, TV slideshows, magazine/newspaper ads, signage, brochures and flyers.


Some achievements include building the premium Bowmaker Realty brand consistently across print, web and digital mediums, developing a TV network in 6 shops and cooperative marketing group with local businesses.

I gained supplement marketing experience for Morlife Foods planning and managing national promotions and competitions. This included Internet and traditional marketing, monthly direct sales promotions, monthly ‘Win an iPad & Products’ competitions, producing ads, catalogues, flyers, merchandise, point-of-sale marketing, web banners and social media.

Some achievements include growing the email database from 6-13K members and increasing direct sales from $20-40K per month. This involved a combination of retail promotions, competitions, eDMs, content marketing, strategic partners and social media using BigCommerce, MailChimp, Facebook and Twitter.

For 2020 Impact I provide Internet and traditional marketing planning and production services for SMEs, including identity design, corporate marketing, websites, eDMs, video and social media. My services include Google Analytics, search engine optimisation (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM) and paid search marketing, i.e. Adwords advertising, Internet sponsorships and display advertising. I consult these services to start-ups, small business, corporate and government clients.

Some achievements include managing a large Adwords account for ABSOE Business Equipment generating 2000-2500 sponsored clicks per month on Google search and display networks. Content marketing for 2020 Impact has achieved 1000+ Shares (ShareThis), 850+ Facebook Fans, 350+ SEO Group Members, 220+ Business Likes and 130+ Twitter Followers.

My experience includes working in marketing departments for national companies, i.e. Lenard’s and Morlife Foods, and in advertising agencies Yes Creative and Creative Concepts. My skills and experience include advertising and marketing management, digital marketing planning and web/graphic design.

I provide businesses with strategic design and marketing services and guidance finding the right balance between traditional and digital marketing.

My approach to marketing is customer centric with a strong focus on customer engagement and commercial outcomes.
